The tour
Day 1: Fumaça Waterfall and Riachinho

Starting in the morning, we'll head to Vale do Capão, a village in the municipality of Palmeiras. The hike to the Fumaça Waterfall takes about 2 hours and is ideal for those who enjoy long routes with ups and downs, who will be rewarded with natural pools and grand landscapes, above all the view of the third-highest waterfall in Brazil.
The Fumaça Waterfall has an incredible 340 meters of free fall and a wonderful view. Its name (“smoke”) comes from the smoky look the water takes on as it falls, caused by the wind.
Before returning to Lençóis, we'll stop at the Riachinho Waterfall to swim in a beautiful natural pool and enjoy the waterfall and the sunset.
