Cancellations and rescheduling
- Up to 8 days in advance: full refund of the amount paid, minus fees and taxes.
- Up to 7 days in advance: refund of 80% of the amount paid, minus fees and taxes.
Special cases, before the tour departs
If the package is given up, transferred and/or canceled, the refund owed is calculated on the total actually received by Discover Chapada, excluding the commission withheld, as well as administrative fees and amounts already paid in advance to suppliers.
Trips affected by the pandemic
MP 1.101/2022 (Brazilian Provisional Measure), which updates Law 14.046/20 on rescheduling and cancellation of trips caused by the pandemic.
Refunds agreed for cancellations up to December 31, 2021 must be completed by December 31, 2022.
Trip credits and rescheduling may take place until December 31, 2023.
Refunds agreed for cancellations from January 1, 2022 may take place until December 31, 2023.
